Achieved the project's highest-ever CSAT score while making B2B ordering faster.

  • Highest CSAT score. As the sole UX/UI designer, I helped the portal reach its highest customer-satisfaction score ever — and its fastest growth.
  • Research-led, not guesswork. I grounded the work in analytics, user research, and customer interviews — so every change targeted real friction.
  • Deep feature design. I led the design of the core flows — Checkout, the product list page (PLP), the Bonus program, and recurring orders (templates) — built on the design system I created for the portal.
  • Measurable business impact. Easier ordering for AB InBev's Western Europe customers, and gains in satisfaction the business measured and cared about.

My first year on the project, as the only UX/UI designer I worked on many things:

- bring consistency into UI/UX, create a Design System and apply common UX patterns;

- design new features' UI & UX and improve existing ones;

- create a unique Design Process which perfectly integrates into the general development process;

- adopted chat styles;

- created coupons feature;

- improved shopping cart component;

- improved vehicle utilization visualization;

- redesigned the product's card and quantity selector's UX;

- created promo page;

- improved wishlists;

- created service pages: invoices, bonuses and account balance;

- improved checkout page;

My second year on the project, we worked on some even greater improvements:

- continue work on DS;

- continue to support team during development and testing to make overall UX better;

- improved mobile and tablet (responsive) pages' UX;

- improved shopping cart component (2nd and 3rd iterations);

- improved navigation and products catalog;

- created freshness feature;

- improved vehicle utilization visualization (2nd iteration);

- improved performance;

- great PLP redesign!

- improved search;

- adapted service pages to the new platform.
